Lovely half a day tour. Be picked up at Montelaguna and taken to the boat.  You will go out for a couple of hours to see dolphins and possibly whales.  On the way back you will stop for a little snorkelling at Isla Chora. Drinks and snacks are included.

Renta a kayak by the hour or for the day.  Paddle around and head for Isla Chora and her beautiful pink sand.  You will feel like you reached a deserted island!

Rent paddle boards by the hour or the day. Samara beach is perfect for paddling as it is very often flat and wave less. Loads of fun and good exercise to be had.

Visit the Macaw recovery network in Punta Islita. This is a project that was created about 20 years ago to try and protect the red Macaw that was on the way to extinction. Prices run about $20 pp

Visit our little rescue zoo in Carrillo. Maria has been looking after abandoned and hurt wildlife for years, curing them and integrating them back into nature when the time is right. Lucky for us, we can get a close up look at many local animals while they wait to go back home. 

We have several beautiful waterfalls near by.  Come and get refreshed in the pure beauty that Costa Rica's nature has to offer .

Ready for some rugged fun? Quads are perfect to go exploring. Cut across rivers, climb up hills, cut across fields.... Rent a quad by the hour, or the day and explore the local area.

When in Rome, ....or Samara, try renting a scooter to visit the near by villages and beaches. There nothing like the freedom you feel when scooting around on a scooter.
